I don't know what's going on with Olive Garden's hiring lately, but this lunch was a mess. The server was nice, but he clearly needs more training. He gave me incorrect menu information, then had to come back after checking, which added another 15 minutes. I ordered the lunch special spaghetti with meatballs, only to find out the meatballs were charged separately. Why call it "spaghetti with meatballs" if the meatballs aren't included? Then when I paid, he asked how much I wanted to pay in cash. I told him I wanted to pay cash for my order, and he asked me how much that was. Isn't that what the receipt is for? Which he didn't even bring until I asked. $12 for spaghetti and another $4 for two meatballs? What a joke. Definitely not worth dealing with all this for a lunch break.

A group of us went to dinner here to celebrate a birthday. Lucky for us Karina was assigned to our table. She was amazing, so friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu and options. Three of us were seniors and really appreciated the smaller portions menu; two ordered the chicken parmigiana and said it was delicious. The chicken was not dry at all and the pasta perfectly cooked. I asked it mushrooms could be added to the small portion alfredo dish and Karina said Of Course! And it was so good, lots of mushrooms in that yummy alfredo sauce. The others all enjoyed their meals and we all pigged out on the fresh salad and warm breadsticks. Our birthday boy had a free dessert so he ordered the Italian donuts. There were five of us at the table and five donuts on the plate, along with Happy Birthday written in chocolate sauce. The dipping sauces were melted chocolate and a very raspberry, it was hard to choose! And I'm super fussy at any restaurant about my sweet tea and theirs was so good I got a cup to go. Thank you Karina, for making his evening special and for taking our picture!!

We had the pleasure of meeting a young man named Ryan, he provided exquisite customer service and attentiveness to our orders, everything was perfect and I would heavily recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area.

The restaurant is very cozy and it does give the Italian vibe. However there is a funky smell by the hostess stand that is not pleasant. Food is good a little overprice for pasta. Desserts are good too. Service is great and they do speak English, thumbs up for that. Always busy so waiting for a table is very possible.

I had visited the branches in Mexico and while I was in Laredo, we decided to check out one of the locations here. The service was amazing. The waitress had a great attitude, very professional. She gave us recommendations based on what we like, and was super attentive the whole time. The food was tasty and well served. We didn’t have to wait for a table and everything came out really fast. The place was clean and well kept, perfect for a family visit. All in all, we had a great experience!
